I purchased this bag for my 3 year old a little over a month ago and just received it. The quality of the bag is nice and it looks good but Iโm pretty disappointed in the shipping situation. I guess my original order got lost? The seller was very helpful and ended up shipping a new bag to me asap, which I appreciated. My only other disappointment is that the smaller bag is reallyyy small. I guess I didnโt look at the dimensions and assumed it would be the same size as my toddlers current backpack. The smaller bag would be perfect for a 1-2 year old, but any older youโll probably want the bigger one.
Bags are good quality, and exactly as described. Perfect for our kids when we go to our lake home on weekends! I would have gave this item 5 stars all the way through, my only complaint was shipping time. This is an Australian based company, and I am in the USA (did not realize when ordering) so shipping took a little over 3 weeks! Other than that, very happy with this purchase!

Such great service, I was in a rush and needed the bag asap, I asked if the personalised name backpack could be delivered as soon as possible, and it was in the post the next day. It arrived 3 days later. I was so impressed. It even came with a little foldable hat as an extra gift.
