Ordering & personalisation

Every Welcomenest piece is hand-embroidered to order in our Melbourne studio. Enter your child's name and choose your thread colour and script style at checkout.

Shipping & timing

Allow five to seven days for the studio to stitch your piece, then two to four days for delivery. Free shipping on orders over $75 Australia-wide.

Care

Spot-clean with cool water. Gentle machine wash on cold inside a laundry bag. Do not tumble dry.

Returns

Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. Reach out within 14 days of delivery if your piece arrives damaged.
